A 90-day rhythm is not a poster. It is a calendar with fewer meetings, named owners, and one review that is allowed to stop work.
What is actually on the calendar
Week one is interviews and a written brief. Weeks two and three put a draft rhythm next to the real calendar and delete what collides. The remaining weeks are the ordinary ones: the same meeting, the same owner, the same refusal to add a sixth priority.
What it does not contain
It does not contain a transformation program, a new software stack, or a staffing plan. Those can be consequences. They are not the chapter.
